Fygo Pay enables users to:
- Receive stablecoins (e.g. USDT, cUSD)
- View real-time exchange rates
- Withdraw funds to mobile money accounts (e.g. MTN, Airtel)
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal consent in your country)
- Use Fygo Pay for lawful purposes only
- Have access to WhatsApp and a supported mobile money service
We may suspend or terminate your access if we suspect misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate personal information (e.g. name, phone number)
- Keep your crypto wallet details secure
- Only withdraw to mobile money numbers you control
- Not engage in any activity that violates local laws or financial regulations

5. Fees and Exchange Rates
Fygo Pay may apply:
- Transaction fees (clearly disclosed before confirming a transaction)
- Exchange rates that include a small spread

6. Limitation of Liability
Fygo Labs is not responsible for:
- Delays or failures caused by third-party mobile money providers or blockchain networks
- Loss of funds due to incorrect wallet addresses or mobile money numbers provided by you
- Downtime, bugs, or interruptions in service
Use Fygo Pay at your own risk. We strive to provide a reliable and secure experience, but no system is perfect.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Fygo Pay at our sole discretion, especially in cases of abuse, fraud, or regulatory risk.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@fygopay.com.
