How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to hello@fygopay.com with the subject line:
“Fygo Pay – Data Deletion Request” - In your message, include the following:
- Your full name
- Your WhatsApp phone number (used with Fygo Pay)
- Optional: A short reason for your request
- Our team will verify your identity and respond within 7 working days.
Important Notes
- Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
- We will retain records only where required by law or for compliance purposes (e.g. financial reporting).
